This desk came very well packed for shipment. No damaged or missing parts. It provides it's own screw drivers, the directions are clear and it takes just a few hours. Drawbacks for me were that the upper monitor board raised the monitor too high and also reduced the useable desktop space too much so I took it off. Secondly, the drawers worked very smoothly when I tested them mid-way through construction but when finished they now both are badly blocked. I will figure it out. Just haven't had time. Overall, I love the desk.I was so disapointed when I saw thos desk sell out, and when I saw it come back I got it immediately. The only reason I didn't give this five stars is because the directions to put it together could have been slightly clearer. It was definitely difficult to put together, but I also did it on my own. The finished thing looks so good, it's exactly what I wanted, and I don't regret waiting for it to restock to buy it.I wasn't expecting so many parts but once together, the desk is larger than I expected but love the size and room it provides. Looks beautiful fits the decor!It was just what I needed to replace an old computer desk. This unit is much lighter weight and yet very sturdy with the metal frame. Really like the monitor shelf. Fit perfectly in the space available. Enjoyed putting it together...the instructions were very well done.Took 2.5 hours with two people and no, we aren’t dumb.Nice sturdy desk for the price. I am happy with how it turned out. Assembly took a little longer than instructions estimated (2 hrs approx) but my husband had no issues.
