Customer Reviews

****** - Verified Buyer

Received defective printer and no starter cartridge. While Amazon was very accomodating, since it was a third party seller, they could only do so much. Lexmark was not helpful when contacting their customer support and even after they realized there was a defective part which caused paper jams every time, they stated that they only cover parts and we would be responsible for labor. That is ridiculous in context - we spend $1200 on a printer with a supposedly name brand manufacturer, and that is how they warranty their products? Great, we just returned the entire machine and bought an hp instead.
