The linear guide are small size and light weight,especially suitable for miniaturized equipment,such as routers,3D printers and plasma cutters etc.
I used this to add a Z axis to a laser engraver. They had some minor grinding, all of that went away with running some grease down the grooves and moving the carriage back and fourth a few times. Great bang for your buck if you need a small rail.
