The seller happily helped me when I had a problem. But, the installation is confusing. Use the first review for solid directions. He has it right. This is from Hawkeye:"although the colors do not accurately follow the picture I just numbered them from the plug to the board, which was from left to right (on plug) 1-5 I had the colors (white-1, black-2, yellow-3, blue-4, red-5). on your mainboard plug into D11 (3,1,2) with 3 facing inward of the board. the 2nd plug will be plugged into Z+ (4,5) with 5 facing inward towards the board. after that remove your old sensor (no jumper is required) and install the new one.once that is done you will need to flash the screen with new files onto it and then plug the printer into a pc to do the mainboard firmware. both must be done for the BT touch to work. once put back together test the sensor on yourself to verify that it works, to verify that it will stop."Thanks Hawkeye and seller, working great.first off, the directions are basic and the colors are not accurate. unlike a lot of youtube videos, this one is even simpler than the models they have.although the colors do not accurately follow the picture I just numbered them from the plug to the board, which was from left to right (on plug) 1-5 I had the colors (white-1, black-2, yellow-3, blue-4, red-5). on your mainboard plug into D11 (3,1,2) with 3 facing inward of the board. the 2nd plug will be plugged into Z+ (4,5) with 5 facing inward towards the board. after that remove your old sensor (no jumper is required) and install the new one. once that is done you will need to flash the screen with new files onto it and then plug the printer into a pc to do the mainboard firmware. both must be done for the BT touch to work. once put back together test the sensor on yourself to verify that it works, to verify that it will stop.hope this helps though's that need it and happy printingI was baffled at the instructions that came with this item! Lucky Hawkeye did the dirty work and figured it out! Thank you! If you follow what he wrote this will work. After I flashed the screen and firmware with Tinymachines3d stuff I had to re-boot the printer twice and all worked fine! Doing my first print now with this BL Touch and it's going great! Why are there no instructions or a link to instructions? I searched YouTube and yet to find instructions due each one having different wiring setupsAll the right pieces but all the wrong instructions for the C10 proWiring diagram doesn’t make sense unless I need to break apart connectors. QR code detailed instructions brings you to a dead Chinese website. Not sure what to do, emailed crealitywhy u dont put instructions printed??, in a valid website or via email. i recently buyed it but i cant understand why amazon allows u to continue selling this. cable colors didnt match with paper included, same unusefull QR code.
