The level jump detection method. When there is materials, the level signal of the detection port should be high level. When there is no materials, the level signal of the materials port goes low, and the system detects one. If the high-to-low transition is determined, the materials is considered exhausted and a pause command is executed. After replaced the materials, the printer continues printing
these were perfect for simple filament detection. no high tech bells or whistles just a runout detection switch. so good I bought one for each my printers. if I build a third, I'll use it on that one too.
