Dimensionally accurate, anodizing is solid and very evenly processed, and the cut length was approximately 1mm longer than 500mm. Using these lengths as well as some 2040 of the same color to add a rear support structure and a second parallel x-axis beam to support an additional linear bearing rail on my current ender 3 pro project. Currently working towards dual extrusion with an skr v1.4 turbo base where one extruder is a bmg directly driving a Microswiss which is currently working well and the second I will be adding will also be bmg driven but will be a Bowden setup in an effort to not significantly reduce x travel which is what two large direct drive assemblies would ultimately do to the limited distance. I have custom machined my own gantry plate to support the attachment of it to two linear bearing rails which are placed one above the other with a gap for clearance of the bearing sliders.It has been such a fun project, and as I modify the printer in the important areas, the quality of prints just gets better and better. I have owned and currently own somewhat higher end printers, but I've never had more fun with a printer than with this one by far. The truly extensible platform the ender 3 pro represents has quickly made it my favorite printer I've ever owned.
