To say that I am frustrated with this purchase is an understatement. I have a very specific printer which is a star Micronics SP 700 model for the kitchen that we use for orders at work and we have studied the specific cartridges needed over and over before running out of them - needless to say, when I came across the photo of these cartridges and it showed the placements of the turn dial being on the correct side (the red ink side) instead of on the opposite side (the black side - identical to most of the compatible ink cartridges have that claim to fit our printer but DO NOT fit and print corrected.) This was the second time I fell for the photo and allowed myself to place the order, only to be given the exact opposite type of cartridge when it arrived, doesn’t fit my printer and I am still unable to find the right type of ink.Write product delivered at a great time.Have these for my kitchen printer and they will only last about 10 orders and then you can barely see the ink.Will never buy again.Good price. Packaged well.Product was exactly what I expected and arrived in a timely fashion.Restaurant wanted a second receipt. One for business and one for customer.
